Ordered on the mobile app for drive through pick up. Showed up at 945pm and didn’t leave the drive through until 1023pm. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what but regardless it is frustrating

I ordered and paid at the kiosk. Our number wasn't called for over 30 minutes. I asked several times what was going on and I was told that the hashbrowns were being made. After a few more minutes, a tray on the side of the service area with our order was sitting there the whole time. Our meal was ice cold. I was offered no appologies or fresh food. Only a punk teenager with pink hair shrugging their shoulders and walking away.

This store is unreasonably slow. 20+ minutes in the drive thru. I might as well have gone to a sitdown resturant. Fast food is just as expensive and slow.

Ended up sitting in the drive thru line for over an hour waiting on my food, if I hadn't already paid for it on the app I would have never waited that long. Going through the reviews it seems to be a long standing issue with a simple apology from the "owner" but nothing seems to change.
