every time i ask for no onions they give me onions and my burger was filled with too much mayonnaise when i ate it it was all over the place.
Great food one of America Staples
2nd time they've gotten my order wrong. Service sucks. I even told the guy what I wanted at the window and he STILL rung me up for the wrong item. Incompetence at its finest.
I have never had such poor service anywhere in my life. It is so bad the staff no longer wear nametags, lest they be identified. 30 minute wait in the drive through, then told when I got to the window they don't have burritos. Fine. They offer a substitute, but say it's against policy to refund. Ok, whatever. Then when I get to the pickup window, the loud, ignorant woman who claims to be the manager refuses the substitution because "it's too expensive" and just gives me some cheapo hash. These people are absolutely terrible.
