If you want to use your rewards app go literally anywhere else. Walked in. Tried to use the kiosk and half the touchscreen didn't work. Logged out and went to the other side 'can only use a deal once every 15min'. So locked out. Not going to sit around for 15min cause your equipment doesn't work.
The employees are sometimes nice and friendly but I've heard back and forth yelling at each other when they're extra busy and that makes it a very toxic workplace in my opinion. Flies and ants near the drink machine means that they are not keeping the area clean so I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like. Another concern is that their food temperatures are not hot enough and it's more lukewarm than anything else.
