Wow service has gone downhill so much this past two years I have to change my 4 stars to 2. Night shift is horrible. Cold fries, nasty burgers, 4 incredibly hard expensive chicken tenders & they never can do milkshakes. I guess I'll find someplace new for midnight cravings. Very disappointed since the closer Hayesvilles location is terrible too. Update - 4/25/26 10pm Tried them again and AGAIN no sweet tea, got a milkshake instead & it tasted sour. I don’t know why they are hiring incompetent people to deal with money and/or food. The manager seems to be doing everything herself and the other people lolly gag around the restaurant acting like they don’t know what’s going on.
