Ordered online at 8:18pm to pick up at drive thru, arrived at 8:50 for pickup because this location is NOTORIOUS for being slow in the evening, was pulled forward to wait for food I ordered 30 minutes prior, got my food finally at 9:06pm, went home to feed my kids and EVERYTHING was old, fries were cold, buns were stale, hamburgers were OVER COOKED, nuggets were obviously sitting in the warmer for well over 20 minutes because they were stale. Upon arrival it took 15 minutes until our order was took, even though no one was in line inside in front of us. We then waited 30 mins before we received our food. I ordered a side of bacon and I got one very small piece broke in half. My orange juice was only 3/4 the way full. My gravy was in a cup and only half full also. If I had not already left, I would have got my money back. I didn’t receive a receipt to fill out the survey.
