Worst McDonalds in the world.
Girl was on her phone and i waited a total of 30 minutes for just a spicy McChicken, some fries and a drink. everyone was extremely unprofessional. Everybody was on their phone and not paying attention.
Very good customer service once you could see them didn't feel like the worm place to eat more like a door dash pick up
Just had an awful experience at this McDonalds here in Amarillo. This is the worst one in town if you have the opportunity just drive to another. We ordered food at 2:07 and were told to pull up to the third window which isn’t inherently a problem, but we had ordered a small amount of food, as well as things being forgotten, we waited at the window for 30 minutes.
