I have been going to this McDonald's for years and have never experienced the kind of customer service like today...sadly I believe it was the manager (not sure) at the window who gave me my food. I hope the poor service was because new employees were being trained. To start with: the person collecting money opened the window with no greeting, no thank you or anything polite, she said the amount I owed, I paid her, and as she gave me my change she said "here you go" (I really think she was in training-in her defense) ...as I... read more
