Pulled up at 10:35 pm. Took someone else’s order in front of us, then told us they were closed. I thought they didn’t close until 11?? Today is my husband’s birthday and he played 3 softball games and just wanted some McDonalds. It sucks because we’re frequents at this location, but honestly, this experience totally turned us off. Will NOT be back.
Horrible experience. Yelling constantly coming for the kitchen. Everyone in line has missing items from their order. My order took exactly 20 minutes and was missing half of the items ordered Was a dine in order but had a sack tossed across the counter at me and a blank stare
No cheese on my burger, 3 tiny onions, dry cold meat, pickles when I said no pickles, missing toy in happy meal. The job isn’t really THAT difficult is it?
Got in the drive thru at 10:39pm, I was at the order screen, about 6 other cars in front of me Someone came on the speaker at 10:51pm to take my order. I got to the payment window at 11:07pm I got my food at 11:14pm How is this acceptable at a McDonald's? 35 mins for a burger and nuggets? And this is a normal occurrence for this location. Sometimes it's faster to drive a few miles away to a different location and I'll be home sooner.
