Went at 11:45pm on Friday, supposed to be 24hrs and their gril was off, I ordered online waited in line after they pulled up my order at the speaker and asked me to pull up. I get to the second window just for them to say they will not be fulfilling my order.
This McDonald's is the worst drive through experience I have ever had in my 36 years of life. Their speakers weren't working right and I had to pull up to the window to make my order. It wasn't a big deal but even at the window they got my order wrong and I had to pay again for the items that they missed. Again, not a big deal until I pulled through and realized that they hadn't given me some of the items I had ordered. The workers there are not attentive. No greeting upon entry. Manager walked right past me while I was trying to order at the register. I should have left then but instead I used the self order machine. I don't think I will be returning to this location
4 more that look just like this, and it took literally 36 minutes to get just 5 mcdoubles. If you hate your job maybe just quit.
Acabo de salir de ahí, pésimo el servicio, específicamente la empleada q habla español hizo muy mal su trabajo, un trato grosero, nada empatica la señora.
