I wanted to recognize Bridget for providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s. From the moment she took our order, she stood out with her energy, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment to getting everything right. With a genuine smile he went above and beyond to get my fresh order to me in a timely manner and is one of the first -ever- to not forget my extra sweetnsour. This is the absolute slowest McDonald's I've been to, whether you walk in or drive-thru. It doesn't matter what I order, something as simple as a large cup of coffee takes 15 to 20 minutes to receive even when they are not busy.
