I went to pick up an Uber Eats order for Seanna. The receipt showed a different name and code (Nick). The night manager only wanted the code and got mad when I said the name to clarify he was giving me the wrong order. He was embarrassed and angry and canceled Seanna’s order instead of handing it to me. Completely unprofessional. He shouldn’t be a manager.
