This was the worst fast food experience ever, just like other reviewers have stated you will wait about 30 mins to an hour! I went there today and I had wanted to order a side of tartar sauce with my meal (I order this everytime I come here) and today the employees had utterly complained about it in the back! "They need to stop ordering tartar sauce by itself!" I heard other customers were having a horrible experience right next to me saying they lack communication and got 2-3 drive-thru orders wrong. Absolute dumpster fire of a McDonald's, went through the drive thru and ordered. Once I got my food it was wrong, the drinks didn't come how they are supposed to be made. Won't be coming back at this location is absolutely disgusting. The managers nor the employees know what they are doing and don't want to give refunds or remake something when it's obvious they are in the wrong and know they are. And when they see you walking off they pop off.
Waited 22 minutes for my food and the fries where warm not even hot.
This is a pretty good McDonald's in Alexandria, Louisiana. Not too much to complain about
