Drive thru person took forever to answer to take orders, turns out she was sleeping from looked like being high. Then I sat for almost 30 mins waiting for food while like 10 cars got theirs before me while being after me.
Place an online order here by accident. Pulled up to curbside The girl walked up to my car, didn't greet me, didn't confirm my order. Just handed me my food and walked away. I'll be sure to make sure I never make that mistake again
Off the Hook
My experience was NOT a good one. The store was under staff, and had one female employee working the drive through and trying her best to take orders and keep customers satisfied. This store should be ashamed for working their employees like this. Get them some help. I place an order at 6:00 am on the mobile app, and still had to wait in the parking lot until after 7:00 am to get my order. Worst customer service I ever experienced. 👎
