Horrible experience! Completed a mobile pickup order and had to wait 30 minutes. Then when the young lady or young man came out ( I could not tell because the individual is walking out orders with a hood on their head), they brought out the order with no drink. When we expressed that the drink was missing, they just smirked and said ok, then walked off. I had to get out to go in the store.
