I rarely ever give a bad rating but this McDonald's is pitiful. First we had to wait too long for food which you could tell had been sitting under a heat lamp for probably hours. Next, the fry boxes were about 1/3 full and I'm being generous with that estimate. You can't get ahold of them over the phone after numerous attempts. Just a busy signal. McDonald's in general has gotten outrageously expensive for well below sub-par food and then to short you so bad, this location needs new management or just shut it down.
No waiting
they'll use your rewards points for other peoples orders then refuse to honor it for you.
