Girl at the second drive through window on her phone for 2 minutes before she handed me my food that was right there
Went through the drive-thru to get a soda and a free fry with the rewards code. Pay for my drink and move to next window to pickup order. They don’t give me the fries. Tell me I didn’t order them. I explain I did and theyre the free ones with a purchase from the app. They move me to the 3rd window to wait. An employee came back 3 times to tell me I didn’t order them (they’re free mind you).
