More employees walking around talking than working, on a normal evening this ladies in the back are heard bickering in the back & talking about talking who isn’t there & who calls in on a regular base. I hate going to this location, but this is the most convenient location @ this time. Waited 25 minutes for a Snap-Wrap combo, & nobody was there when I walked in. Someone was even sleeping in the dirty lobby. This location @ 83rd in National is terrible!!!!!
I had the worst experience at McDonald's today on 84th & Greenfield Ave. in West Allis. I waited a half hour for a drive-thru order for a Big Mac and some chicken nuggets. It seemed like everyone else through the drive-thru and others waiting got their food, I was ignored. I went into the restaurant to complain and still got the wrong food and an attitude when I left. The staff is fine but the customers treat them as if they're subhuman. I've never had a problem with the employees here. Be kinder
