During a Saturday night winter storm at approximately 2:30 AM, the team failed to prepare 5-10 delivery orders to be sent out to the paying customers of the orders.
Terrible experience. I’m in the hospital & place a mobile order for my wife to pickup and bring to me. They tell her they won’t give her the food, even with the receipt and order number, because she’s not using the same device I ordered it from. Tried the curbside pickup spot, then the app tells her to go through drive thru and they will help. They refuse.
