30min wait minimum for the drive thru. Absolutely pathetic we will got Wendy's across the road from now on Jesus christ
The staff here are fairly friendly, however the service is slow. I expect higher wait times around dinner rush, but some of these wait times are excessive 20+ minutes at the drive thru, and it's not much better dining in either. I cannot blame the staff completely, a big part of it is they're spread thin, which comes down to poor management, either on a corporate or district level.
