I ordered on the app. There was 1 car ahead of me in the drive through and a couple cars in the parking lot. It has taken 35 minutes so far for me to get my order for 1 person, and I still don't have them. 2 other people already left without their food. I would have left if they didn't already take my money
Orders are never accurate. I've ended up waiting atleast 15 minutes for them to bring fries out (on several occasions), only for the rest of the food to be cold by the time they do. Asked for a hot apple pie and they said it would take a good 20 minutes because they don't have any cooked. Ask for cheeseburgers with ketchup only, the stickers on the outside of the wrapper says ketchup only, yet when we open them up there are onions and pickles. Makes no sense!
Quick service here and typically very friendly staff.
The absolute worst and slowest service, its been like this a couple years! I have no idea why they have 2 speakers at drive thru when they can't even handle one!
