It's McDonalds, what you expect
We went through the drive thru Saturday night of Harborfest in Oswego on 104 E. They were having an issue with their system and lost orders. The manager was able to retrieve our order when I explained that we had waited in line for 45 minutes after placing a mobile order. He went above and beyond. He not only upgraded the size, he was so incredibly kind and understanding. I have never received that kind of nice attitude at a fast food restaurant before. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
