The guy workers are cool but the blonde female and other female are rude as all can be. Was 1 minute late to pick up my breakfast order and told I wasn’t able to pick it up, a refund would be on my card in 4 hours. 1 day goes by and they took the money off my card, no refund and I got no food… so im guessing the employee that told me that got free food. Went back to speak to someone about it and the girl at the register just walks away mid conversation and says I can’t help you . Just absolutely insane
Everytime my family orders something from this location, something is always wrong, always something missing. How is it you see a McMuffin ordered and throw a plain biscuit in the bag. And a mcgriddle meal with no hashbrown, you mean you didn't want to give me 90% of my meal? It is unacceptable, and this location should be considered for new management or a shutdown to preserve the grace of the McDonald's brand.
