l attempted to get a replacement meal for an order on 2/19 when I was charged twice for my meal. At the time the manager said no, just come back and IlI give it to you. Since I wasnt in the area often, l attempted this on the 13 date above. I called first to set up the transaction, and she told me to just come to the window. The woman, a heavy set Hispanic woman with poor command of English, proceeded to give me a hard time and was extremely rude and very low class in her behavior.
