Went here late night, had to wait after getting quite a bit of food. Understood that. But being charged and missing the most expensive item we asked for and paid for was missed. RIP 20 piece nug
Great service
The drive thru employee made a mistake with my order, ringing it up as a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee, and when I corrected the order at the 2nd window as nicely as I could, the employee rolled their eyes and got all huffy at me despite me apologizing at least 3 times for the misunderstanding. I would have paid the up charge happily. But being nasty bc you made a mistake when the customer isn’t even upset, just asked for the correct drink, is silly and out of line.
