A guy was complaining about the getting the wrong order, and they got him the correct order very fast and was able to calm down the customer very fast, great customer service!
Updating to down grade my previous review. Raised the soft drink prices again, and the cup wasn't even full. I asked the person who handed me my drink in the drive through to fill it the rest of the way up and was told I was only shorted ice, not product. He offered me more ice but wouldn't fill the cup with more Diet Coke. Do better, Grand Prairie McDonalds! Do not mess with my Diet Coke!
Longest wait ever for 2 happy meals. Well over 20 minutes. Cold food
