Staff is always friendly. Drive thru has long wait times every time.
Don’t go here. There is not a way to get your own pop and ketchup. Usually had to wait at the front counter to order. Used to be there were workers at mcds to take orders. Super super slow drive through. Go to the one in Waukee. They move 10 cars through in the time this one will move 1 car.
Slowest Mcdonalds ever a basic order cheeseburger and fries took 28 minutes in the drive thru
3 things in a meal they forgot one. And can't answer the phone when your calling to tell them.
