The female cashier at about nine was super rude and defensive for no reason.. she needs to be checked.. all we wanted was a tray for our beverages and received attitude
Pathetic Customer service ! Order Mobile pickup. Firstly they said there no pickup order . Once the staff found my pick up , she was keep sending to go drive-thru. I am here in at front counter to pick up the order and why are you sending me to drive thru if I have selected the pick up at front counter .! Rude ! Oder not prepared and I lost all my points ..very very very Bad service to this location . Not recommended at all
I got an iced coffee one time and asked for no ice, but apparently they don’t put very much cream or sugar in it then either. They told me I’d have to pay extra if I want extra sugar and cream in it. Another time I said can I have less ice and they told me I’d have to charge more for that because I’d be putting more coffee in it
Speedy of service sucks. I wanted 45 minutes in the drive thru before I even got my food
