Bought a meal and the drink was off. I could tell that the syrup from the fountain just needed replacing as I've had this happen before. They gave me a new drink and it was not drinkable. Went back a third time to tell them that their soda fountain needed the syrup replaced. They insisted that it had just been replaced and I had to get another drink type which honestly ruined the whole meal for me. Just watched the lady making my food grab her phone from her pocket, play on it for a minute then go right back to touching food, no hands washed or nothing. Kinda gross imo

Poor layout causes less than stellar performance, long wait times even for one small fountain drink
Absolutely brutal. 25 mins in the drive thru just to receive a screwed up order and worst wraps I’ve ever had. Do better.
