This is one of my favorite places to visit, and the food here is excellent. However, I had an awful experience here today. I come here two or three times every week. All the staff I have met before are warm and friendly. Today, I placed my order via the self-service kiosk and headed to the pickup counter, where I was assisted by a male staff member. Ordered through the app. Was very easy. Pulled up and parked in tge pick up spot. Typed in the spot number and waited about five minutes for them to bring it to me in my vehicle. Also got to use my rewards points. The food was hot when delivered to me.

My pick up order was sitting there and it’s not like I can just walk into the staff area to get it.. so I had to wait for a long time for a worker to come out of the food prep area and hand me my order

I love McDonalds. I truly do, it's my favorite restaurant. But. When I tell you the smell coming out of the mens bathroom leaked out of the stall and into the food I was eating, I am not lying. The whole restaurant was very confused, some people wanted to see where it was coming from, nothing wrong with that. Mind you, this is a male bathroom. When I tell you that a dragon walked into the bathroom, I would be lying. BUT! When I tell you that 3 women walked into that bathroom, I would be telling the truth. I don't lie to my v... read more
