Slow. Slow. Slow. McDonald's use to be fast food. Updated post Apr.2026 still slow waiting on fries. Was told to wait 5 min. In drive through.
Definitely waaayyyy cleaner and better staffed than the Southside location
Today's experience at this location was was very out of the norm. I love getting coffee here but after today being called names by the staff working is crazy. Asking to have your food/drink remade becuase you can clearly tell it is not made correct, in this case the cold coffee that was ordered came out hot, quick fix, instead the young lady working began calling names. Was 1pm on a Saturday. No one was in line in the drive thru and not a person in line inside...with that being said. I ordered a #3 with fries and no drink and 2 packs of mayo. Order was perfect on the screen, even with the mayo packets. Paid at widow 1, kid was super cool and nice. Arrive at window 2 where I 6 employees inside talking. 1 finally comes to me and tells me to pull up to stall 1 and wait. Now remember I am the only person in line, also it's raining.
