The staff seems to not care about being backed up. They take their sweet time while 20+ people are waiting for more than 20-30 minutes. Every time I come here they take FOREVER to give you your food. I even use the mobile app to order ahead of time but it doesn’t make a difference, you still have to wait.
It took them 40 min to make me a Big Mac
