Horrible service whenever this guy is working, I’ve paid for my order online and have been forced to cancel by this guy multiple times due to bogus issues, I ordered fries… and they couldn’t fulfill my order this is ridiculous service now I have to wait up to 1 week to get my refund
Ordered a door dash order and they didnt send anything that was ordered literally sent a 10 pcs nuggets when a big mac meal was ordered absolutely ridiculous
The Manager on the Closing shift today December 3rd 2025 told one of the Associates to don’t worry about the complains from the customers as they were shorthanded, I waited 30 minutes, from 5:05 pm until 5:35pm and two orders after me that were standing got it prior me, when I asked she just looked at me mad angry and told me! ‘’I will do it ! Wait’’. Store owner check your sales and if your volume has decrease ! No doubt is the service.
