Food had to be bought before the restroom could be used, why? First of all who orders food before cleaning hands and what do you do with the food while your using the restroom? They were like the bathroom nazi with a lady standing outside being very rude about the bathroom situation. Who cares if people come in to use your bathroom, they may be more inclined to buy.
