I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. The manager/supervisor on duty was unnecessarily rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question. You’d expect someone in a leadership role to set the standard for good customer service, but instead their attitude made the visit uncomfortable. If this is how the manager/supervisor treats customers, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for the staff as well.
