This gotta be the worse mcdonalds in town, I placed an online order at 12:20am I was waiting at the drive tru window from 12:30 to 12:50 and I know they saw me standing there and didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed help, I knock on the window for them to open it and tell me that the store is closed at 12:50, night shift manager and crew needs to get trained on customer service because this is ridiculous… didnt even get a refund. Never going back

Missing product and the crew at the pickup window are standing around at the front and being told to get the order that is needed. Came back today. Had to tell the girl with braids twice what I ordered. No type of personality like hers should run the window. I will have to stop coming to this location and go to other locations that fit what I expect.
Food sucked, service sucked, the staff sucked it all sucked pretty much
