My family visited and were disappointed. I always brag about how friendly and polite this city is and they failed me. My Grandparents ordered decaffeinated coffee and got regular, overly bitter and very black . They asked for creamers they didn't want to give them any.

I arrived at 605 am no response so I drove up to the window and nothing. I went to the front door and it's locked. There are several people waiting. I drove back to the window and was advised "were not open" I said it's 615 she then said our systems are down I told her it would be nice if some told us instead of waiting 20 minutes. She shut the window and walked away. Ridiculous !!

Rude, slow and get cheap product of food only reason I went there is my special needs grandson. Trust me if I could get him to try home made or other products I would in a heartbeat. Thank God it's only for a month. Otherwise I don't step foot in there doors.

I ordered 3 meals though the drive thru and only got one with fries. 🤦🏽‍♀️ very disappointed that I wasted almost $30 for 3 meals and not get fries with the other two. I didn’t even get a receipt.
