I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk and completed the payment. However, the machine showed an error afterward. When I spoke to the staff, they said they couldn’t find my receipt in their system. I showed them the payment transaction as proof that the money had been deducted from my account, but they still refused to prepare my order. They told me the payment would be refunded within 24 hours. It’s now been a week, and I still haven’t received my money back.... read more
