I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk and completed the payment. However, the machine showed an error afterward. When I spoke to the staff, they said they couldn’t find my receipt in their system. I showed them the payment transaction as proof that the money had been deducted from my account, but they still refused to prepare my order. This is the worst McDonald's i've ever been to bad customer service looks like they don't want to work there. It literally looks like they slapped a burger together and did not care. This Is a big Mac By the way, with barely any sauce.
