I've been a loyal customer at this McDonald's for as long as I can remember, always appreciating the great service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere. However, my recent visit on July 7th around 4:30 PM was quite disappointing. When I approached the drive-thru window to pick up my online order, I was greeted by a female employee who abruptly asked, "What do you want?"—definitely not the friendly welcome I expected.
