Spent 30 minutes on the driveway at 11:30pm on 04/01/25 trying to pick up a u er eats order. After 30 minutes of waiting got an order for grubhub and the employee had attitude. Horrible service and do not recommend coming to this location at all.
Never thought I would have to complain but I literally just ordered on the mobile for drive thru and they gave me a dry BEC bagel with a very cold hash brown and I asked for a sweet tea and it was un sweet and yes this was very intentional and no I wasn’t rude I’m never rude to them I am having allergy problems and it be okay if 1 thing was wrong but like the whole order? This was around 8:30 am
Every single time I come thru the drive thru they got it wrong. I'm always very pleasant and understanding as I work in food industry. The problem is not that they mess up, they are VERY RUDE!! THE MANAGER is at night is the worst!! There's 1 lady who takes the money and she's always very nice, but the rest are horrible. Bad service all around. I live 1 min from there the reason I keep going. Do Better! Like your job or get a new one 🙄
Shout out to Marty, the young man wearing glasses that is a cook and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us when we needed a hand at your store! What a fine gentleman! Need more “Martys” in this world !
