Drive thru, ordered Pumpkin Spice Latte, got a latte, no pumpkin, no spice, no sugar, no whipped cream, had to return. They made it again with 0% sweetness. Third time, it finally tasted PSL. So sad. Nice enough manager. I don't get it, though. Chicken strips were awesome. Gold sauce, upgraded honey mustard to me. Okay, not special..
This store has very nice friendly employees and the food use to be so fresh to order up until about two months ago. Since then, it’s been a nightmare every visit due to some drive thru problem, stale old fries, and I just received a patty that seemed to be weirdly dry and slightly hard. This location is closer to me but I may start doing that extra drive to another McDonald’s to ensure the quality of my order is met.
