I ordered a basic sausage and egg combo with an apple juice at 10:36. At 10:48 I decided to ask where my order is. Oh here it is. Behind the counter. No one said anything just left it there. I was a little upset by this. Then I'm told I'm not sure what to do about it. Really? Other staff just looks on. No manager to be seen or is hiding. Didn't get my apple juice. Just a terrible experience. Very disappointed.
What a great crew of hard working young people. The manager Madison and Quaid stand out as great customer service providers. Kai is incredible and always smiling no matter how stressful the shift is.
