Went to the drive-thru at 11:30 pm ordered two quarter pounders, and figuring it was late, they would automatically make them fresh. Very wrong, one quarter was fresh but mine was pure black, so disgusting... When I called and told them, they said to come through and said they were open. Went through the drive thru and I say I called about the quarter pounder. They said they were closed for the night, and to come back another time. Really? Worst customer service...
We stopped for lunch. Ordered 2 happy meals - one with cheeseburger, one with 4 piece chicken, a small fish fillet combo and a deluxe quarter pounder sandwich only. The service was quick but not one part of our order was correct. We received one happy meal w/6 piece chicken, A large fish fillet combo and a well wrapped burger bun with cheese, lettuce and tomato but no hamburger!
