Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. Thers a sign inside that say no lotering but plenty of homeless people inside chilling. Making the experience even worse. Food quality is bad as it is but this site found a way to make it even worse. First McDonald's that Ive visited that does not do refills. As if sky rocketing prices for the same bad quality food wasn't bad enough now add to the fact you can't get a refill. "Terrible attitude from the girl working the drive-thru. She seemed to have anger issues, as she took my order with a very bad attitude and unprofessional behavior. On the other hand, the young man at the last window was polite and provided good customer service. I hope the manager of this location addresses this issue. This was my first and last time visiting this location.
Ordered a large coffee on 9/7/26 morning around 9 a.m. The woman at drive-thru window gave me a MEDIUM and COLD coffee with a BAD ATTITUDE?! The mornings are getting chilly and I want my coffee HOT. If the owner of this franchise does not improve customer service soon, he/she will watch his/her investment going down the drain. Maybe that's exactly what that woman at drive-thru window wanted...
