This Mac Donald’s feels very corporate and cold. No fountain drink machine or condiments and to top it off they skimped out on my CHEESE!
I was in the drive through just a few minutes after 5 AM. I paid for a coffee. I pulled up to car in front of me. I waited approximately 15 minutes! Frankly it was scary. I had the car in front and cars in back of me. When I finally got to the windows for my coffee and I asked " what happened?" The young man explained that they just opened and had no food. They should have had the car in front of me pull out and park and bring him his food when ready and let the rest of us go.
I had an issue where my mobile order was mistakenly picked up in the system, however I was not able to get my order because the restaurant was temporarily closed due to an issue. I called and spoke with Issac who was super helpful and apologetic. He and his supervisor Carlos offered a refund or to make my order for me once they were able to get back up and running. Everything was explained in detail and they were both Very helpful. Outstanding customer service!
They couldn't even get a simple order of 4 hamburgers and a medium fry with extra salt right. They gave me unsalted fries and caught a fat attitude when i pointed this out. The customer behind me asked for fresh fries since mine were ice cold to boot. She got fussed at for trying. Terrible
