Horrible drive thru service. Horrible lines, employees not paying attention to what a customer asks.
Ordered a rib and two nugget meals, but they forgot both of my nugget meals gave me my food cold and forgot both of my drinks and the food iniside the bag was everywhere
Made an order through the app at 10:45am on Saturday October 25, and by the time I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they told me that they had to cancel my order because they didn’t have the items to make the food. Isn’t the whole point of a mobile order for them to make it and have it ready for the customer to pick it up. Not for the restaurant/workers to start on the order as soon as you get to the restaurant? I haven’t received my $$ back instead I got stupid points. Never again.
