I recently had a very bad experience at this location. It was a liability/security issue involving the drive-thru, where a drive-thru customer completely blocked the drive-thru exit for 30 minutes, while locking his car, and going inside the dining room to argue with the staff. No drive-thru customers with their food could get past him. The staff nor managers did nothing, even after customers came inside to look for the driver. We literally just came to get my little one her Hello Kitty/Ninja turtles collab. It has never failed that they never have what McDonald's is promoting in toys. Extremely upset.
