My issue isn't so much with the waiting area, it's more or less with the staff and the food. I find few pleasant workers and actually serve an order in a reasonable amount of time while it's still hot. Unfortunately I have to put my lettuce back on my McChicken. I use to work in the fast food business, and I know from experience that it doesn't take 15 mins to serve 2 sandwiches, a small fry and 2 med drinks with an empty lobby. But the one lady that works second makes awesome frappes.
This is an alright McDonald's that was recently renovated in the dining area. This looks very nice but there is still a problem with the standing in line area as it does not go back far enough and when things get busy people don't know if they're in line or not. The only other problem is that a lot of homeless people sit in the lobby all day. Otherwise good workers who don't mess up orders much.
