Took forever to get my food, and it wasnt good. I was driving through town and stopped here for the first time, Id hate to live here and experience this service...
Waited 15 minutes in drive through and was told cash only bs not the first time. Will not ever goto the McDonald's in Gillette ever again poor service more than 10 times in one month. Over paid employees. And the worst service ever!!!!
Ordered food here and i was disapointed when i got home. I noticed a smell from the bag and as soon as i opened it im welcomed with a molded chicken sandwich. I uderstand places get busy but how do u not check your bread before making food and handing it to customers. That could have easily made someone very sick. I wont be back for a very long time if ever. Do better.
8pm and there's employees standing around which is all well and good until you see the condition of their lobby and the cleanliness of the establishment in general. Good luck sitting somewhere that isn't sticky with ketchup or soda. And im all for the convenience of kiosks but to completely ignore your front counter is an odd business move.
It's fine but I have never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive through.
