I come in for a quick lunch when in the area. Customer service seems to not just "struggle", but it seems to be non-existent! I'd you're out of something (a main item such as drinks), let your customer know with a tone of empathy. Let us know that your second choice of drink is out, but use a different cup or pour out the last drunk flavor before adding the third choice drunk into the cup. Struggling customer service, not stock for service. This has to be one of there worse stores in the metro area. The standard is not there.
