Earlier tonight, around 11 PM, my mom and I stopped by McDonald’s. We only ordered one item a frappe. While we were ordering, we could barely hear the employee through the speaker because he was talking so quietly. We politely asked, “I’m sorry, what did you say?” Instead of repeating himself, he rudely told us to “go to the next window.” This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience at this location. Unwelcoming uncourteous staff and no table service provided although available in-app and at kiosk.
Everything was good but my sandwich was not hot.
This mcdonald's is amazing in every way possible!!!! Thats rare for mcdonald's.
