We were waiting in the drive-thru at McDonald’s in Schenectady, but there were no other cars ahead of us. We went up to the window, but the staff didn’t treat us well. We waited for about 15 minutes, and no one responded. It was a very bad experience with McDonald’s.
Slowest service in town in this sector of the industry. Also. No free refills in a fast food place? In McDonald’s? Is money tight? Saving .03 cents at the expense of customer experience is crazy work.
Ordered a coffee today and it tasted like crap. Better off at Tims.
