Service here in the drive through is AWFUL. For a brand new location you’d think that the team would be way better trained. This is the second time I have driven off without my order. The first time I was in line after ordering for 10 min. Today I pulled up to an empty order line, no cars anywhere ahead of me. Waited and waited with no one on the intercom. A car drove up next to me and immediately ordered, pulled forward and still no one on the intercom. Why should I bother any further so I left. Probably won’t be back

Placed a mobile order on my lunch waited 20 minutes and had to leave without my food because they took too long.

so employers are paying the employees 20 plus per hour to serve the food after I ordered on the kiosk. the kiosk might make the orders get taken b faster but ppl are now waiting for their orders because food servers can't make it fast enough.

Avoid if you care about the environment. I was moved to review this location because I asked for no bag twice when ordering and once when paying. When the person handing me my order handed it over in a bag I said oh I asked for no bag because of the environment and she took the bag back and then she crumpled it up in my face. Other locations reuse the bag because this has happened before. She gave me a dirty look too.
