I had an amazing experience thanks to Rosa at McDonald's - Vineland & Burbank! Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. Even during a busy moment, Rosa stayed calm, efficient, and made sure my order was correct and served with a smile. It’s rare to come across service that truly stands out, and Rosa definitely made my visit feel welcomed and appreciated. McDonald’s is lucky to have her on their team!
