Had an interview scheduled and wanted to ask some questions to the hiring manager beforehand. They hung up several times before answering. After getting them on the line, they were rude and dismissive. I ended up not going to the interview, or bothering to call to cancel after trying to get them back on the line after they hung up on me. Poor service, I get that it gets busy but maybe tell me a time to call when they can talk. I figured between meals times would have been less busy. Waiting almost 30 minutes inside of the lobby for only an order of fries & a smoothie is wild. Slow service & nobody comes up to the front counter
I know technically the food is terrible for everybody, but something in it that has us craving more at times.
