The McDonald's itself was just like any other McDonald's, but the staff were very rude and unprofessional. I placed my order at a self-service kiosk, took a table number, and sat as close to the counter as possible so that my table number would be clearly visible. Since the kiosk did not print a receipt, I had no way of knowing my order number. The only number I had was my table number: 14. I have to tell you my favorite cheeseburger is a Mc double and I swear to God anytime I come to McDonald’s. I love the lobby. It’s nice to sit there always comfortable. This one’s really big and they got all different types of seating. 7:00am...you guys are open instead of giggling and laughing on the mic maybe do your job. The night crew does a better job answering and im sure they have to take orders and make the food. Hispanic guys told me to hold on a sec... 5minutes later....We all have jobs to go to, if you dont want to take orders give it to someone else. You can be happy but be happy and do your job. I love this location. Literally the only McDonald’s I’ll go to in the Valley. I always hit the drive thru and the staff here are seriously the best. The guys are always so sweet, generous, attentive, and kind. They always have smiles on their faces and even compliment my dog which is just cute lol. There’s one guy who remembers my order as soon as my name pops up and honestly it’s little things like that that keep me coming back.
