I like the coffee that's usually all I get maybe some french fries
There's been more than a handful of times that my order has been incorrect at this location, which results in me having to come back to the store after getting home. The one time I did it, I had to go back 2 times total, because they got it wrong a second time. Also, one time one of the creepy employees tried hitting on me. He followed me out to my car and was trying to talk to me while I was getting in. When I called and complained to the manager, he basically gaslit me and didn't think anything was wrong with it.
Placed a mobile order while waiting at the tail end of the line in the drive thru at about 11pm. Order went through and the app says to go to the drive thru. Okay, cool I'm already there. Pulled up to the speaker at a couple of minutes later just, told them I had a mobile order, and stated the code. Did drive thru about 2 30 pm on wed 12/18.. steady cars both lines. Shake machine not working, ordered couple 5.00 meals wanting to upgrade drinks to shakes, but couldn't. Reached in bag for a couple fries soon as i was handed bag of food, they were cold?! Just got them. Drove home approx 1 mile, mcdouble sandwiches cold, as well as the chicken nuggetts, never had everything cold like this before. Update: 3/12/26.. had dinner inside restaurant. Got new arch burger, was great, fries were hot and golden brown.. Fantastic!! Bes... read more
