Stopped by for a quick bite — food was okay and service could have been better, but the coffee was surprisingly good and hit the spot. Atmosphere was fine for a fast-food stop.
I had an extremely disappointing experience. The manager refused to give me her name and treated me very poorly all because I requested a refund for an order I couldn’t pick up. The system didn’t allow me to cancel the order immediately, and when I explained the situation, I was met with hostility instead of help. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect over a simple refund request
