This place is a god sent. While driving thru LA to get home, my kids needed a restroom break. They were cranky and tired from the trip. The general area was pretty sketchy, so McDs it is. Restroom is locked, and the staff needs to unlock it for you. Inconvenient, yes. Practical for sure. Restroom wasn't the cleanest, but it was clean enough. Kids got their soft serve, nuggies, and fries, and was smiling at the end. And that's all you need McDs to be.
They really need to change the entire staff. They are angry people with no attitude, terrible customer service, they serve you poorly, they take a long time.
