I am an uber eats delivery driver. I have been to a few McDonald establishments so this is a repeated offense clearly from administration. I used to work in retail and fast food so i know for a FACT that attention to customers is a priority. I asked for one ranch and they actually charged me. In my entire existence on this planet, not once has a McDonalds charged me for a side when I ask for just one. They usually end up giving 2 sides for free even though I just ask for 1 out of courtesy. I was completely dumbfounded when it happened. This is the only location that this has ever happened to me. I went to the McDonalds in Lincoln Heights a few weeks prior, and that did not happen to me.
