Not one clean table. The floor has debris everywhere. The self serve station was empty of everything. They gave us the food cold, one straw for two drinks and had to wait in line again for a 2nd straw. 10 years ago the owner of these locations would never have allowed such decrepitude. WTH happenes? Last time I eat at this location. At least the family's (Campbell) Lindsay location is still clean.
Good food good employees
The manager there was Akansha and she was really rude when I complained about the spicy veggie burger that i ordered just had literal drops of habanero sauce in it and when i asked her to fix it for us she rudely replied that this is what you get and refused to put more and when i said that I will complain she was like go ahead like she thinks of herself as a owner, way to much attitude to be working in mcdonalds ohh but wait got no skills to work anywhere else. Should be atleast well mannered which she wasn’t at all.
If 0 stars was an option that would be my choice. I created a mobile order, MIND YOU this has happened at chemong mcdonalds aswell. I created a moblie order and when i had my uncle there to collect my food they told me my payment had failed EVEN THOUGH the payment went through on my end. So i decided to call them and they proceeded to tell me that nobody was out front waiting for an order and that they knew nothing about it.
