I mean just look at this monstrosity I order here very often every time I get here The fries are ice cold the food is disgusting they can’t follow order instructions nothing ever comes out fresh from the patty to the fries to the nuggets nothing it is disgusting they need to fire everyone in this establishment including the management
I placed a mobile order and was told at the window they’re not 24/7. Now I’m screwed out of my money until the app repays me.
The service and food I received is why I dislike fast food and especially why I dislike McDonald’s. The customer service was not inviting, my Order was WRONG and my burger was Pink/ Uncooked on the inside. I reported this and requested a refund online and was told I have to do this at the store location. So I’m expected to inconvenience myself again and drive back to the store to explain my experience again to a manager who probably couldn’t care less about my horrible food and experience, for a refund of Raw food.
