The older female that sweeps and mops in the morning time was VERY rude to me. She insulted me and laughed about me to another customer. Its not my fault she has to work in fast food at her age! She should be fired.
Im not the type to leave bad reviews because i always see the light in things and i worked in customer service as well, The staff were completely rude and they gave me a face when i asked to repeat because i couldn’t hear because i lost hearing in one ear. Placed lunch order with the app to pick up in drive thru on a Monday! It was between 1130 & noon but this location wasnt too busy! The girl in the pick up window didnt seem too happy to be there! No greeting I was offered a wrong drink i had 2 orders in seperate bags then i was asked. What did i order? I had paid with debit card asked could i please get change for a 20 and was told No!
