Horrible. I ordered a plain hamburger (because having it cooked fresh is the only way it comes out hot) and a medium fry. Both were cold, and , inedible. Fries were barely cooked, cold and quite sure we're not even in the frier long enough to be considered cooked. 0/0 for both of the Hermitage locations...
Order a simple sausage mcmuffin. The muffin was clearly burned as was the sausage patty. It was so dry and hard I couldn't even bite thru it. Super disappointing. Do better.
