THANK YOU for everyone who has shared their honest experience about this mcdonalds location! It has some of the WORST customer service in the san fernando valley(if you can even call it customer service) i went in wanting to order something off the app and pay with cash. I stood there for about 10 minutes being ignored despite the fact that I asked 4x " excuse me , is anyone working the register?" The staff look miserable. At the front desk do you have a lady as a manager she never greed people I was just standing there I was waiting for a long time she never looked at me and she never tried to help me she's always like that I come with my kids every other day and I don't think we don't deserve treatment cuz I work in customer service to and I like to help people if you don't fit the position homework there be professional I think she can do better she just need a coaching and understand the customer it's really important
